CMR Packing

Cascade Mini Rings (CMR) are high-performance random packing designed for optimized mass transfer efficiency while maintaining low pressure drop. It is a modern type of plastic random packing designed with a corrugated multi-lobe structure to optimize liquid distribution and gas–liquid contact. Their tapered, asymmetric design increases liquid holdup and surface renewal, improving gas-liquid interaction compared to conventional Pall Rings. With a high void fraction (~92–96%), CMR packing is widely used in absorption, stripping, and distillation applications where process efficiency is critical.
