Mr. Dhirajlal Shah established PLASTIMATS in 1963 at Dudheshwar, a company extruding PVC sections and profiles. Dhirajlal Shah an arts graduate studied at SHANTI NIKETAN under SHRI RABINDRANATH TAGORE. Nishchal Shah son of Dhirajlal Shah studied with technical and architectural background joined the company. DEVANSH, son of Nishchal Shah and grandson of Dhirajlal Shah after qualifying in science of Plastic and Polymer, joined the organization. For further expansion another unit was opened up at Naroda. In 1994 PLASTIMATS a partnership firm was restructured to a private limited company.
