The company was established in 1963 at Dudheshwar, initially extruding PVC sections and profiles. With a foundation rooted in arts and creativity, it gradually expanded as the next generation brought in technical and architectural expertise. Later, a new wave of innovation was introduced with a strong background in plastic and polymer sciences. For further expansion, another unit was opened at Naroda. In 1994, the firm transitioned from a partnership to a private limited company.
